Lindsay Lohan looks good here, and genuinely happy at the Sephora 10 Years of Gorgeous event on the 17th. I like her simple makeup, although her hair does make her look a tad washed out. She's wearing a beautiful color block sequined dress and a black bowler hat, which makes her look just the right amount of casual and glamorous.
